My experience with Tetra Foundation and the Seafarers Program has been fantastic. The rigorous selection process, including exams, physical tests, interviews, and awards, was challenging but rewarding. The support and guidance I received throughout were incredible.
Securing the scholarship brought relief and excitement for new possibilities. Studying Marine Engineering in Greece has been magnificent, broadening my horizons and empowering my purpose. I have gained academic knowledge, essential life skills like adaptability and resilience, and formed invaluable friendships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Participating in the Tetra foundation scholarship program in Greece during my first year was a life-changing experience. The scholarship provided financial support, accommodation, feeding and opportunities for personal growth.
One of the highlights was attending a seminar where we shared the challenges faced by seafarers and how to tackle them and I was able to connect with fellow students and seamen from diverse backgrounds.
The experience has been enriching and transformative, adequately shaping my academic and professional pursuits. I’m grateful for the support and eager to continue my growth with the organization.
